Blondie Wants to Play

... or eat your pizza.

Freedom Lost a 4th Grade Tooth

Freedom lost a tooth late last night.  When I tucked him in he said, "Mrs. Toothfairy, I know it's late tonight.  Can you come visit me tomorrow night and bring me a Lego set?"

"Lego sets are pretty expensive son."

"Well, just a little Lego man?  Or a small set?"

Mr. and Mrs. Toothfairy delivered that very night.

Joy's Elephant Biscuit Creation

Joy made a whole can of biscuits today and ate the whole can by herself...well, the whole can except this elephant creation with Nutella eyes.  Hannah P. ate the elephant the next day.  :)

After School Beetle

Found a beautiful bright green beetle stuck on its back in the park after school on the way home.     One kid wanted to step on it.  Others didn'tt want to touch it.   Freedom wanted to save it.   When he tried to turn it over,  it latched on to his finger.

Right after I took the picture of Freedom, the beetle surprised us all and flew off to freedom!  Way to go son!  I see glimpses of a man meant to work alongside Jesus getting to see others get saved and set free.

Grammar Class

One of my students is a bit lazy.

Thankful for my little beauty

It's kind of difficult to tell what this is a picture of.  This is Glory and I riding in the front seat of my mom's car.  We're headed to the ranch for a few days with Memaw.  This was an awesome little trip with my Beloved Momma and Little Beauty.  The serenity on Glory's face says it all.

Soccer Season

Fall Soccer Season started today!  I LOVE that the Gonzalez's are playing with us this year!  Freedom and His Buddy Samuel.  I love these boys!

SO proud of my hubby who is coaching Freedom's team and Joy's team at the YMCA.  Not to mention, he's Freedom's cub scout leader and on of his leaders at church!

Love these pictures of Jon and Jeff out there working with the boys!

Glory's field trip to SAS Shoe Factory

Glory and I visited the SAS Shoe Factory in San Antonio.  It was AWESOME!  I love the look on Glory's face with this big bull.  They have an awesome little general store and we bought a cool burlap table runner for our dining room table there - not to mention 2 bags of saltwater taffy!  LOVE homeschooling out of middle school!

Life Group!

I love these people!

Freedom's Morning Routine

Love having breakfast with this boy each day.   He likes eggs and cereal for breakfast.   This week he had to try to eat more veggies for boy scouts so he had carrots too.  He loves to read his Action Bible.  We just finished the Old Testament and have entered the New.

Freshman Besties on Nerd Day
